Buying F.A.Q.

Do you ship to my country? 

Yes. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact me so I can add it for you to check out. 

Do you combine postage on multiple purchases? 

Absolutely! I will always refund over-payment on postage back to your payment method. This applies to single purchases too. If your artwork, when packed, comes in at a cheaper price than charged, I will refund any significant over payment to you. 

Do you accept returns? 

I offer a 'no quibble' return policy. Return your artwork by tracked post to arrive in the same condition as received, for a full refund. 

I haven't received my item.

I am a UK based artist so international post needs a good couple of weeks to arrive at destinations. Sometimes they may get further held up at customs. I do, however, send all artwork fully tracked, so we can find out where your package is at any time, from start to end of it's journey. 

I have a gallery or shop, can I resell your work?

As long as my work is fully credited to me and not passed off as another artist, I am happy for you to resell my artwork in your retail outlet.

Does your artwork come ready framed?

No - when you buy from me you buy the artwork only (unless otherwise stated). This is so you can choose your own frame to match your decor / style. It also makes it a million times easier to ship.  

Do you do commissions? 

It depends what it is :-) Please contact me to discuss your requirements. 

Privacy policy - I take your privacy seriously. In line with changes to the Data Protection legislation 2018, when you place an order I receive your name and address and use these details ONLY to process your order. I will never pass your information on to third parties for marketing purposes of any kind. Neither will I add you to any mailing list without your consent. I only retain your details for as long as necessary to process your transaction or to comply with legal or tax obligations.
